1660/ Interlock/ Interleague

The Interlock Leagues (1660, SPHL, NEAHL, NCMHA) held a meeting on last week regarding working out a few of the bugs with the interlock and interleague games. The tracking of game sheets, stats, and game changes were a few of the areas that we covered during the call.  The solution to many of these issues can be resolved by having ALL interlock and interleague games and teams on the NAI (Northern Alberta Interlock www.nainterlock.com) website. 1660 Hockey League and Sturgeon Pembina Hockey League have chosen to host all of their home league games and interleague games strictly on the NAI website. The North Eastern Alberta Hockey League and North Central Minor Hockey Association will only have the Interlock and Interleague games on the NAI website and their home league games can be found on their home league web page. This will take effect for the regular season. This will not affect our Novice division at all, they will continue on the 1660 website.

Please note:  we are changing our terminology a bit to help clear up some confusion. The Tier 1 PeeWee, Bantam, and Midget will continue to be called Interlock, but we have chosen to call all of the other divisions and tiers that play against teams in other leagues as Interleague.

All Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, and Midget teams will be able to locate their teams on the 1660 website. Once they choose their team's tier, they will be linked to the identical tier on the NAI website.  From that location, teams will be able to find ALL of their 1660 league and their interleague games. They will have access to games, schedules, and statistics whether they are Interleague or 1660 league games.  Each tier page will host all teams involved in interleague play, and when "Standings" is chosen the teams will be categorized by subdivisions. The subdivision are: 1660, SPHL, NCMHA, and NEAHL. When the standings page is first populated the default game type is "All Game Types", this will display how each team ranked against all teams with all game types: Interleague, 1660, SPHL, NEAHL, and NCMHA. If Interleague game type is chosen, it will display how each team ranks in interleague games only.  If the 1660 game type is chosen, only rankings for 1660 league games will be displayed and all other leagues (subdivisions) will display 0 games.

Prior to regular season each team involved in interleague play will receive a login to the NAI website.  This will be the main website for all games, schedules, and statistics. These teams will be expected to ensure that all rosters, staff, and HCR rosters are on the NAI website prior to their first regular season game. Associations that use RAMP as their provider can use this login to tie into the NAI website, and if all is working properly, their roster and staff information that they inputted on their home associations page should transfer over to the NAI website with the "League Tie in" tab. Then these teams can continue to upload games, etc. via their home association RAMP login or with the NAI RAMP login.

The 1660 RAMP login will no longer be used for game sheets and HCR's.

All forms can be accessed through either website.

Remember:

Interlock (PeeWee, Bantam and Midget Tier 1)

Interleague (All Atom tiers, Peewee, Bantam and Midget Tier 2, 3, 4 & 5.

1660 Novice division will remain strictly on the 1660 website.
